Governance Expertise

We seek an experienced Governance professional to join our team as a Senior Governance Advisor. As a key member of our governance service delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality governance services to our clients across Australia.

  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure clients remain compliant with statutory obligations.
  • Provide expert advice on governance obligations under the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
  • Assist with Board and Shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Company Secretary or in a company secretariat function (ASX listed company experience is essential).
  • Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and Corporate Governance Principles.
  • Relevant degree and/or governance qualifications (e.g. GIA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
