**About Us**

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Leader to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the success of our high-performance programs.

The key responsibility of this position will be to lead the management of relationships between our organization and various national sporting organizations. This involves negotiating and managing partnership agreements, as well as monitoring and reviewing their implementation through 2028.

A core aspect of this role is to actively manage these programs by planning, reporting, and engaging with coaches and performance team members to set athlete performance targets and program key performance measures.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of high-performance sports programs and coaching. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in this field, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The successful applicant will also have experience working within and leading in a national sporting environment, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs. They will be able to allocate and manage financial resources effectively to support sport and athlete performance outcomes.

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of elite sport performance planning, coaching principles, and the demands and pressures of elite athletes and coaches. They will also have significant experience in high-performance sport management/leadership and coaching.
