- Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, and relationship management, with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of the Group's credit and risk policies.
- Ability to work in a busy, commercial, competitive environment, meeting objectives and targets.
