Job Summary

The Fundraising Coordinator role is crucial in expanding the organization's fundraising capacity, laying the groundwork for sustainable growth to support its mission.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies and events, including year-end and Christmas appeals, aligned with the organizational calendar and strategy.
  • Create and update fundraising content across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the organization's values.
  • Cultivate community relationships through donor engagement activities, including tailored communications, event coordination, and CRM management.
  • Assist in developing a Gifts in Wills program, including system development, process establishment, and donor touchpoint creation.
  • Optimize and maintain the donor CRM, ensuring accurate records, effective data management, and timely performance analysis.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate at least three years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on donor engagement and campaign delivery.
  • Provide examples of previous campaigns, highlighting planning and execution details, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Showcase experience using CRM systems for donor management, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Explain how digital tools are used to create engaging donor-facing content and support fundraising initiatives.
