We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Konekt, one of Australia's leading workplace injury prevention providers. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping people return to sustainable employment and achieving their goals.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across a range of tasks, utilizing their specialist knowledge and skills to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. You will be responsible for evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs, supporting clients to identify future employment or training options, and taking responsibility for effective case management.
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options.
- Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments.
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
