Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to support our presence in Southern Tasmania. This role involves building strong relationships with schools, community groups, and corporate partners to promote our services and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Promote our work through events and local partnerships
- Coordinate presentations, awareness events, and fundraising initiatives
- Grow and manage relationships that support our fundraising goals
- Support the creation and delivery of educational sessions to raise awareness of our services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community engagement and/or partnership building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a passion for expanding our reach and community impact
