As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting routine property inspections and documenting required maintenance or repairs
  • Responding to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating lease agreements, including tenant screenings, document preparation, and entry and exit inspections
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of property details, inspections, and tenant communications
  • Supporting senior management in various administrative tasks

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a property management role
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for property inspections and visits
  • A current Real Estate Certificate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using property management software
