Residential Property Manager Opportunity

The position we are offering is a temporary property manager role. This opportunity has the potential to transition into a permanent position, making it an ideal choice for those seeking long-term employment in the real estate industry.

As a residential property manager, your primary responsibilities will include general property management duties. These tasks account for approximately 95% of your work and take place in-office. The company uses its own software, which you will be trained to use.

The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Parking facilities are available on site via a staff car park. Company cars are not provided; however, you will be reimbursed $0.98 per kilometer for any out-of-office tasks.

Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:

  • A minimum of one to two years' experience as a residential property manager
  • Professional presentation and a reliable nature
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor
