**Role Requirements**:
McArthur & Associates Property Consultants manage a variety of properties including residential, retail, commercial and industrial. An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time experienced Property Manager.

**Role Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will require:

- A Real Estate Certificate
- Proficient in Re-Leased software (or similar)
- Previous experience in Trust Accounting is essential
- Maintaining the Property Management and Sales Trust Account
- A friendly and proactive customer service approach
- Strong knowledge of property management legislation
- Competent computer skills
- Confidence in problem solving
- Valid Driver's License

**Your duties will include**:

- Daily receipting and reconciliation of the trust account
- Management and recording of transactions associated with property sales
- Mid and End of month processing
- Routine Inspections of our residential portfolio
- Liaison with Owners, Tenants & Contractors
- Preparation of documents for audits
- Co-ordinate maintenance tasks, work orders and follow up to completion

- Highly organised and have strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic & genuine drive to achieve
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Pride in your presentation and professional attire
- Ability to multitask & prioritise
- SALARY AND CONDITIONS TO BE NEGOTIATED BASED ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
