Job Role Overview

This position is designed to provide administrative sales support to internal and external clients while maintaining exceptional service standards.

  • Manage all administrative tasks, including completion of client renewals, with effective communication and organisational skills.
  • Receive and make calls, emails, and attend to queries from clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders with strong telephone manner and relationship management skills.

Key skills required include computer knowledge, Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to manage competing priorities, as well as demonstrated customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate should have experience in customer service within a corporate environment or Insurance industry.
  • Tier 1 Insurance broking qualifications (AU) are desirable.
