Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and scale campaigns across paid social, search, and emerging platforms as a Performance Marketing Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to acquire new customers.
  • Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and explore emerging channels.
  • Lead the creation of high-performing content, landing pages, and ad creatives.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive ongoing optimizations using Google Analytics, Looker, and HubSpot.
  • Generate insightful performance reports to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel paid campaigns and optimize for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution models.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with programmatic display and video platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of CRO tools and HTML/CSS skills for ad tweaks.
