The Role:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies and executions across search engines and emerging platforms.
  • Own the full performance marketing funnel from audience targeting to conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to drive impact across social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, testing, and optimization of ad creative using data-driven insights.
  • Drive our structured test and learn roadmap, prioritizing channels and tactics.
  • Contribute to discussions around marketing mix modeling and budget allocation.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance regularly.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure growth initiatives are integrated end-to-end.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in a growth, performance, or analytics role within an e-commerce or B2C business.
  • Deep expertise in scaling paid search and paid social with significant budgets.
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence building complex models.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and data tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, SQL, Python.
  • Startup or scale-up mindset thriving in fast-moving environments.
  • Proven experience collaborating with creative teams to translate data into compelling creative outputs.
