Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Performance Manager. This role will involve driving digital growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and increasing product adoption across various regions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives, champion products and services, and contribute to business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Strategy, Planning and Execution:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital briefs, ensuring they are efficiently allocated to the appropriate teams and partners for planning and execution.
    • Drive digital growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase product adoption across various regions.
    • Consolidate digital responses and deliver APEX-aligned proposals with insights and a strategic approach.
    • Manage and oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, internal opportunities, and campaign KPIs.
    • Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with agreed objectives.
  • Client and Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations to maximize digital opportunities.
    • Drive the growth of our digital offerings by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaign milestones and tasks.
    • Prioritize adherence to established workflows and quality standards, enabling the timely and accurate completion of all campaign milestones and tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital media, programmatic solutions, or client management roles.
  • Strong track record of success in developing and executing digital strategies, delivering against targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong skills in-platform on DV360 and/or The Trade Desk.
  • A good understanding of how to plan and buy social.
