Job Title: International Trade CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder, Export to manage air and sea export activities in Melbourne.This role involves coordinating bookings with international and domestic carriers, preparing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of export specialists to deliver accurate and high-quality service to clients.
  • Manage the full export workflow from customer service to shipment departure aligned with management directives, client instructions, and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve export-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately enter data into CargoWise One and manage financial aspects such as invoicing.
  • Support process improvements and monitor operational efficiency.
  • Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily tasks and special projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding (air & sea).
  • Proficiency in CargoWise One and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve challenges.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • A confident, resilient, and proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data and documentation effectively.
