Business Support Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Officer to join our Chemicals Trading Division. This role involves business coordination and assisting the Division in contract administration, trading activities, and handling customer inquiries.

  • Contract Administration: Administering and maintaining contracts with domestic and international customers and suppliers to support trading operations.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time using MUGEN SAP and associated systems.
  • Invoicing and Shipping Documentation: Generating and managing invoices and shipping documentation in alignment with trade compliance requirements.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinating the delivery and logistics of goods to ensure smooth and timely execution of trade transactions.
Requirements

A tertiary qualification or part qualification in International Trade or a relevant business discipline is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks, and have a keen eye for detail.

The following skills and experience are essential:

  • Commercial Documentation: Reasonable business coordination and commercial documentation experience.
  • Trading Experience: Experience in trading, importing, and exporting activities.
  • SAP ECC Knowledge: Good understanding and experience using SAP ECC.
  • International Trade Procedures: Reasonable knowledge of international trade procedures and incoterms.
