Job Title: International Trade Facilitator

The role of an International Trade Facilitator involves ensuring seamless and compliant international shipments through customs and regulatory processes.

  • Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance operations for import and export shipments, adhering to local and international regulations.
  • Examine customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, and determine duty rates and tax liabilities.
  • Solve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving clearance problems proactively.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of work experience in Customs.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance.
  • Proficiency in customs clearance software and online customs portal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office & PC.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
