International Trade Coordinator

This role requires a high level of coordination and organization to ensure seamless export operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in freight forwarding, proficiency in cargo management software, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely service. They will be responsible for managing the full export workflow, from customer service to shipment departure, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with a team of export specialists to provide exceptional client service.
  • Manage the export process, including documentation preparation and data entry into cargo management systems.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other external partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to export operations.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in international trade, preferably in freight forwarding.
  • Proficiency in cargo management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
