Parramatta Park, Queensland, Australia Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia Full time

There's never been a better time to be in energy. And there's never been a more exciting time to be at Endeavour Energy.

More than 2.7 million people across New South Wales rely on us every day for the supply of safe and reliable power to their homes and businesses. We employ more than 1,700 people across our catchment, making us one of the largest employers in Sydney's Greater West.

To work with us in this role, you don't need to have any energy experience. We need talented people who are ready for challenge and growth and value a sense of care and belonging. Why? Because our vision is to lead the way with smarter energy solutions. Play your part in helping us to put the customer first and transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future for us all.

About the role

In this role, you'll shape and deliver a tailored value proposition for our Commercial & Industrial customers, providing reliable, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose energy solutions. You'll build and maintain long-term partnerships that create mutual value, identify and commercialise opportunities that align with both customer and business objectives, and work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver impactful services that support large energy consumers on their journey through the energy transition.

Key accountabilities
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for Commercial & Industrial customers, focusing on reliability, sustainability, and future energy needs.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact while proactively identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to co-design tailored solutions, resolve escalations, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide customer insights and market intelligence to leadership, supporting strategic planning, innovation, and process improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, engaging with key external stakeholders to position Endeavour Energy as a trusted partner in the energy transition.
On offer
  • Be part of a culture that focuses on care and performance; care for one another and for the customer
  • Access a variety of opportunities to step up and lead in a rapidly changing sector
  • Feel recognised and rewarded for your contribution
  • Take pride in working for an organisation that provides an essential service and is playing its part in enabling the energy transition
  • Access to training, personal development and career progression
Challenges
  • Strategically embedding a differentiated value proposition for Commercial & Industrial customers across the business, while evolving internal structures and capabilities to support segment-specific personalisation.
  • Driving cultural and operational change to support lead nurturing and bespoke service delivery across disparate systems.
  • Translating complex energy transition dynamics and sustainability goals into actionable service offerings that resonate with large energy consumers.
  • Building internal alignment across diverse teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
About you

We're looking for a commercially savvy relationship builder with proven experience in strategic account management, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving customer value through the energy transition.

Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Engineering
Skills and experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic account management (energy/utilities sector desirable), with proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
  • Project management experience would be advantageous although not essential
  • Strong commercial acumen and industry awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities, interpret market trends, and support the energy transition through innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a flexible, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
