Job Title: Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact, nationally recognised training and assessment services tailored to the needs of Australia's essential infrastructure sectors.

You will prepare and deliver engaging, compliant training in line with the relevant training package, ensure appropriate equipment and resources are used for all practical assessments, maintain accurate training records, assessments, and reports, comply with RTO policies, ASQA standards and industry licensing requirements, support RPL processes and gap assessments where applicable, and liaise professionally with clients and participants during delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with upgrades)
  • Vocational competencies and industry experience in the below units
  • Certifications and/or licenses where necessary
  • Electrical industry experience and/or relevant licensing where appropriate
  • Ability to travel and deliver intrastate and interstate across our various sites
  • Valid driver's licence and access to transport
  • Have your own laptop and/or iPad/tablet
