Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient and professional service to our customers through the Service Centre and Contact Centre channels.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist customers with enquiries and provide information relating to our product and service offerings, including deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards, general insurance, personal loans, and wealth management.
  • Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities to provide a total solution for our customers' financial needs.
  • Transaction Processing: Efficiently process customers' branch transactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and timely customer records in various systems.

  • Results-Oriented: You have the capacity to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Organizational Skills: You are well-organized and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive: You are proactive and able to work well independently when required.
  • Communication Skills: You are able to communicate confidently with a broad customer group (face-to-face and over the phone).
  • Availability: You are able to work a rotating roster with a span of hours from 8am – 6pm, Mon – Fri.
