Store Team Member Job Description

As a key member of our retail team, you will be the face of our brand and bring to life our promise of friendly service. You will work throughout the store, performing various tasks to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • We maintain a safe working environment by sticking to policies and procedures, identifying and reporting hazards as necessary.
  • We provide assistance to customers by answering their questions or guiding them to products during their shopping journey.
  • We ensure that shelves are fully stocked and tidy to facilitate a fast and easy shopping experience.
  • We shop for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need in a timely manner.
