**About this role **

We are seeking a strategic partner to collaborate with senior stakeholders and deliver a full range of human resource services in a multi-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in providing strategic and operational human resources advice, championing the people experience and collaborating as part of an forward thinking HR unit.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Partnering with leaders to develop creative solutions that enable business success.
  • Providing contemporary advice and coaching with a consultative and outcomes-focused style in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence at a leadership level, both strategically and operationally.
  • Experience working across multiple human resource disciplines, including employment and industrial relations, organisational design, remuneration, performance, reward and recognition, and talent management.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Operate as a resilient and highly developed critical thinker, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
