The Senior Pastry Artisan/Bakery Specialist will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality pastries and bread products in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires a genuine passion for baking, excellent attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workflows.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000-$75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship in Australia

This role will require you to work varying shifts, including Friday overnight (12am-6am), Saturday overnight (12am-6am), and Sunday overnight (12am-6am). You'll be part of a dynamic team that shares a passion for baking and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
