This is a key role in the Finance and Tax Integrated Controls & Monitoring team, focusing on implementing and overseeing finance governance strategies.


As a senior professional in the Integrated Controls & Monitoring team, you will be part of a high-performing advisory function dedicated to enhancing the financial control framework, delivering value to stakeholders, including senior leadership.


Supporting the implementation of group-wide policies and frameworks within Finance, developing high-quality audit committee reporting, assisting other Finance initiatives in an advisory capacity, and overseeing and improving the finance control environment.

  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing tasks to achieve key deliverables
  • An adaptable mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding Macquarie's corporate structure, businesses, and operating environment.
