We are seeking an accomplished Senior Associate SOX Specialist to collaborate with our CFO Advisory team. As a valued member, you will have the opportunity to partner with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to enhance the structure of their finance functions and amplify their contribution to the business.

About the Opportunity
  • Partnering with clients to develop recommendations that strengthen existing controls and processes, thereby mitigating risks and improving governance
  • Executing a range of financial control and business process reviews to provide clients with confidence in their internal controls, often focusing on Sarbanes Oxley compliance (SOx)
  • Supporting clients through their SOx implementation journeys, either part of their initial IPO process or following acquisition by larger SOx compliant entities
Key Qualifications

As a qualified professional, you possess a background in governance, risk and controls (including Sarbanes Oxley compliance) and finance. You have an inquisitive mind and seek to understand the commercial issues facing businesses, wishing to influence client conversations and drive meaningful results.
