This role requires a strategic leader to drive growth across key corporate, government & business accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Convert sales leads into new business opportunities through effective management.
- Maintain and grow existing business by developing strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned market segments, contributing to revenue and market share growth.
- Coordinate familiarisations and site inspections to foster positive relationships.
- Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of corporate, government, and business clients, ensuring exceptional service and high levels of satisfaction.
- Engage prospects through telemarketing outreach to generate qualified leads and secure appointments or opportunities for conversion.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Confidence in conducting telemarketing outreach to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service is required.
