Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Medical Bookings Coordinator to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and referrers with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for patients and referrers, providing accurate and clear information about appointments and services.
  • Accurately book and manage appointments to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in busy, phone-based service environments (contact centre, medical bookings, customer hub).
  • Knowledge of medical or radiology bookings (highly regarded).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems at once.
  • A calm and caring manner, even under pressure.
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
