Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Patient Booking Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional patient service and delivering high-quality care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a sound knowledge of oncology booking and treatment procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking and Scheduling: Accurately book and confirm patients for various procedures and consultations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Treatment Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all oncology booking and treatment procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Patient Service: Deliver an efficient, compassionate service to all patients, maintaining good working relationships with staff members.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and timely enter data into the medical record system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Diary Management: Effectively manage appointment diaries, taking initiative to ensure sessions are fully booked.

  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work unsupervised, highly organized, focused on delivering positive patient experiences, and possessing oncology or health experience with knowledge of Mosaiq.
