National Program Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced National Program Manager to lead our field team in delivering best-in-class planning and execution of client programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a win-win outcome
  • Drive Best in Class Planning and Execution of the client program
  • Manage key client relationships, operations, and the field team
  • Deliver program objectives, staff management, data analysis, reporting program performance, and making strategic recommendations and program enhancements

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account/Client Service Executive or Field Team Leader looking to step up into a National role
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills at all levels
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet client deadlines
  • Adaptable attitude to anticipate both business and client needs
