Job Description

The Client Solutions Lead will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing solutions to meet their needs. This includes:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and preferences;
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to grow revenue and expand services;
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and progress towards goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in client-facing roles, preferably in financial services or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
