Job Opportunity

The Appian Lead Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the successful implementation of Appian-based solutions.

This key role involves leading the design of Appian applications by understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you will provide strategic recommendations and roadmaps to maximize the value of Appian investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Appian application designs.
  • Consulting: Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing recommendations and roadmaps to drive business growth.
  • Leadership: Foster the growth of junior developers and consultants, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end Appian implementations, meeting timelines and quality standards.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics or technical proficiency.
  • Experience: 5+ years in technology delivery, business analytics, or consulting, including at least 2 years in a lead or client-facing role.
  • Consulting Skills: Proven ability to work with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams in technical environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex concepts clearly.
