Workshop Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and disciplined Workshop Operations Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the operational management of a Components & Avionics workshop, repair and overhaul programs and customer relations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workshop management, with a strong focus on leadership and coordination. They will also be responsible for compiling annual budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.

This role will involve leading a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of engagement and customer focus. The successful candidate will ensure that Jet Aviation Values & Service Standards are understood, promoted and realized within the business.

In addition, this role will champion Continuous Improvement and look for ways to optimize business cost, improve Customer experience and ensure excellence is delivered to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management of a Components & Avionics workshop
  • Leadership and coordination of a team of technicians and support staff
  • Compiling annual budgets and ensuring financial targets are met
  • Ensuring compliance with Jet Aviation Values & Service Standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Aviation Workshops Manager
  • Strong attention to detail, committed to deliver high-quality work
  • Australian Citizen or with full working rights in Australia;
  • Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain); and,
  • Current Australian Driver's licence
