Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational management of the Components & Avionics business in Cairns consisting of a Components & Avionics workshop, repair and overhaul programs and customer and OEM / Partner relations.
  • Compile annual budgets and manage the business P & L to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Lead a team of technicians and support staff while fostering a culture of engagement and a customer focus.
  • Ensure the Senior Director Components & Avionics Services is fully briefed on relevant issues or requirements related to operations.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement and look for ways to optimize business cost, improve customer experience and ensure excellence is delivered to Jet Aviation internal and external customers.
