Overview Join to apply for the Aviation Support Workshop Manager role at Jet Aviation Director Component Services Brisbane, CRO, Component Services and Advanced Manufacturing Responsibilities Lead the operational management of the Components & Avionics business in Cairns consisting of a Components & Avionics workshop, repair and overhaul programs and customer and OEM / Partner relations.
Compile annual budgets and manage the business P & L to ensure financial targets are met.
Lead a team of technicians and support staff while fostering a culture of engagement and a customer focus.
Ensure the Senior Director Components & Avionics Services is fully briefed on relevant issues or requirements related to operations.
Champion Continuous Improvement and look for ways to optimize business cost, improve customer experience and ensure excellence is delivered to Jet Aviation internal and external customers.
