Job Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time psychiatrist with specialized training and expertise in Addiction Medicine to provide comprehensive psychiatric services for patients at the Addictions Treatment Clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychiatric care for concurrent disorder patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance strategic and operational planning, improving access and treatment for concurrent disorder patients.
  • Assess and treat patients across a broad range of diagnoses, including Substance Use Disorder with concurrent disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a physician by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
  • Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) is mandatory.
