We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cleaning Rostering Coordinator.
This role will challenge your skills while rewarding you with the pride of improving someone's life.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients and cleaners regarding cancellations or changes to the schedule.
- Address any inquiries or concerns from clients and cleaners promptly.
- Add and close jobs in our scheduling system as needed.
- E nsure all job details are accurately recorded and updated.
- Assist in the recruitment process for new cleaners using our internal HR system.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures for cleaners.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the operations of the scheduling team.
- Maintain organised records and documentation related to scheduling and cleaners.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or HR systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred.
