Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide expert administrative support for our research program.
About the Role
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and liaison between researchers
- Coordinate all administrative aspects of the program including travel schedules, diary entries, and seminar logistics
- Manage and coordinate multiple tasks and priorities with ease
- Provide exceptional customer service skills and a professional attitude at all times
Requirements
- Proven track record in providing high-quality administrative support with excellent coordination experience
- Ability to follow established procedures and processes while exercising initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with internal and external clients
- Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
