Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Operational Supervisor in our logistics and delivery team.

This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of logistics and delivery staff, including mentoring and training new team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience as a supervisor, and a proven track record of managing efficient and effective quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the logistics and delivery team to maintain efficient and effective quality control of warehouse stock and delivery operations.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of goods, including mentoring and training new team members.
  • Work hands-on within the team, including receipting, staging, and loading stock.
  • Assemble office furniture such as task chairs, desks, and storage units in the warehouse and on-site if required.
  • Dispatch orders to external freight providers.

  • A diligent and disciplined work ethic
  • Relevant warehouse experience
  • Physical fitness for heavy lifting
  • Technical skills and experience with tools for working with your hands
  • An eye for detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to assemble furniture both on-site and in the warehouse
