Team Global Express is seeking an AM Supervisor to join our Road Express division in Mackay.

This is a Full Time Permanent Position, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm.

Responsibilities include:

1. Compiling loads to optimize driver and equipment utilization.
2. Organizing vehicles to meet all orders and requests.
3. Ensuring vehicles comply with customer and freight requirements.
4. Liaising with internal and external customers and providing advice.
5. Preparing loading/unloading documentation, including manifests and compliance paperwork.
6. Analyzing contractor run sheets and delivery advices for performance management.
7. Managing incidents involving drivers, including reports and investigations.
8. Supervising drivers to ensure compliance with laws.
9. Coordinating repairs and maintenance of company equipment.
10. Participating in operational and OHS meetings.
11. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
12. Providing accurate reports as needed.
13. Maintaining professional communication with stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Leadership skills to guide staff credibly.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and resolve service issues.
- Knowledge of multi-purpose fleet and equipment.
- Understanding of geographical considerations in operations.
- Transport experience and knowledge of relevant policies and legislation are preferred but not mandatory.
