About The Role

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the Branch Operations Supervisor supports the State Operations Manager throughout QLD.

The primary purpose is to ensure branches have sufficient support, resources, and guidance to achieve objectives while maintaining safety and compliance standards. The role involves regular travel.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monthly reporting of activities and projects.
  • Effective planning for branch growth.
  • Managing branch operations and working closely with Branch Managers.
  • Developing operational budgets and ensuring they are met.
  • Identifying staff strengths, weaknesses, and development needs.
  • Ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Optimizing logistics and yard operations.
  • Managing delivery costs within budgets.
  • Recruiting driver contractors where viable.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership across multiple sites.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
