Job Title: Change Manager

Australian citizens residing in Australia only need to respond. A baseline clearance is mandatory.

Essential Criteria
  1. SFIA Organisational change management level 5 Develops a change management approach and plan in collaboration with sponsors, users, and project teams. Creates and implements action plans to ensure readiness for changes before going live. Acquires resources and develops capabilities to deliver required changes. Gathers feedback for timely improvements to the change management plan and approach. Assesses risks and takes preventative measures. Develops and communicates tailored change management plans for senior stakeholder groups. Provides guidance and makes suggestions to support change sponsors.
  2. SFIA Portfolio, programme and project support level 5 Takes responsibility for providing portfolio, programme, and project support. Advises on available standards, procedures, methods, tools, and techniques. Evaluates project and/or programme performance and recommends changes where necessary. Contributes to reviews and audits of project and programme management to ensure conformance to standards.
  3. SFIA Specialist advice level 5 Provides definitive and expert advice in their specialist area. Actively maintains recognised expert-level knowledge in one or more identifiable specialisms. Oversees the provision of specialist advice by others. Consolidates expertise from multiple sources, including third-party experts, to provide coherent advice furthering organisational objectives. Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation.
  4. SFIA Stakeholder relationship management level 4 Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and collecting relevant information. Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure effectiveness of stakeholder management. Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
Desirable Criteria
  1. Knowledge of procurement, contracting processes, or platforms in a government context is desirable.
  2. Knowledge of the DTAs Digital Service Standard.
  3. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team using agile methodology.
