Key Role Overview

This position is focused on driving organisational change across various initiatives. Working closely with project teams, the successful candidate will use a structured framework to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement change management strategies that support project objectives.
  • Lead communication efforts, designing and delivering key messages to stakeholders.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand change requirements.
  • Foster training programs, equipping users with the necessary skills to adapt to new practices.
  • Nurture relationships with senior leaders and colleagues.
  • Evaluate user readiness for change and report progress.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hands-on change management.
  • A proven track record of working with project delivery teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Maturity and autonomy with minimal supervision.
