We are seeking an experienced Change Manager who can take responsibility for the provision of portfolio, programme, and project support. This includes advising on available standards, procedures, methods, tools, and techniques. You will also evaluate project and/or programme performance and recommend changes where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing definitive and expert advice in their specialist area. They will actively maintain recognised expert level knowledge in one or more identifiable specialisms and oversee the provision of specialist advice by others. Additionally, they will consolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third-party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives.

You will be responsible for dealing with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. You will also implement stakeholder engagement/communications plans and collect and use feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management.

This role offers opportunities for growth and development. Knowledge of procurement, contracting processes, or platforms in a government context is desirable. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team using agile methodology is also highly valued.
