Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Logistics Customer Support Representative to join our team at C.H. Robinson Oceania. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and live chat, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine tracking and tracing of shipments, updating loads as necessary, and resolving minor site and load issues.
- Escalate larger customer and load issues to appropriate parties or departments, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all department and company SOPs, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all financial-related tasks, including invoicing and updating financials.
- High School certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience in a warehouse administrative environment.
