Job Title: Production Director for Coles Supermarket Account

About the Role:

  • Lead high-volume stills shoots and video production for Coles supermarket account at Medium Rare Content Agency.
  • Collaborate with the Coles Creative team and the Medium Rare Production team to ensure best-in-class production and delivery on client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and communications for over 400 shoots per year.
  • E nsure timely and budget-friendly execution of all production deliverables.
  • Work closely with the broader Medium Rare Production team to facilitate video shoots across the year.
  • Produce video and stills shoots as required.
  • Run PPM meetings and comms where necessary.
  • Oversee post-production for stills and video, as needed.
  • Closely collaborate with the dedicated studio team to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Manage production risk assessment, permits, and talent releases.
  • Work across food and lifestyle brands.
  • Negotiate rate cards and fees.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant production experience.
  • Experience working in the food category.
  • Process-driven individual with extreme attention to detail.
  • A team player who enables the creative team's success.

Salary: Estimated AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
