We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to employee development and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
  • Design and implement programs to promote employee development, retention, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
  • Manage employee relations matters and resolve conflicts
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations in ANZ
  • Collaborate with managers on business transformation, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT industry setting
  • Good understanding of ANZ employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve employee issues and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to learn new technologies and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
