Fortinet is looking for a **Talent Development Business Partner **to be a part of enabling the success of our rapidly growing organization. Reporting to the team's principal and lead Talent Development Business Partner in Canada, you would act as the key partner for designated functional leaders regionally while collaborating with Fortinet's global HR, Sales Readiness, and Training Operations teams.

**Responsibilities**:
In this position, the Talent Development Business Partner will support the end-to-end execution of complex HR and culture programs. This Business Partner will:

- Foster depth of connection amongst our diverse talent communities through stewarding a culture of learning, inclusion, and innovation.
- Manage, build, and continually mature Fortinet's suite of on-demand, virtual, and asynchronous talent development solutions.
- Support the growth and improvement of talent and leadership programs, processes, and systems toward increasingly better returns on investment.
- Continually seek to understand and bolster the employee experience, level of talent engagement, and learning effectiveness.
- Collaborate on and support ongoing change management and communication plans to enable the adoption of talent and leadership development initiatives globally.
- Develop, manage, and deploy elegant and relevant corporate training assets as both learning technologies enthusiast and administrator.
- Act as a key resource to business leaders and/or HR Business Partners in connecting performance objectives with relevant talent enablement solutions
- Ensure integration of leadership learning resources with our learning technologies and platforms.
- Research, identify, and communicate new learning solutions to address existing opportunities in the organization.

- Excellent consultation and relationship management skills for facilitating multi-stakeholder projects.
- HR and talent management experience.
- Experience in stewarding employee engagement.
- Expertise in employee engagement, learning and development, and HR data analytics.
- Strong business acumen.
- Program as well as project management skills.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills for functionally and globally diverse audiences.
- Breadth of experience in adult learning, instructional design, content creation, and/ or learning technologies.
- Experience in collaborating with and gathering requirements from diverse business areas and stakeholders.
- Capabilities supporting you to identify patterns and deploy scalable solutions within complexity.
- Experience with providing business leaders with insights and recommendations that go beyond best practices.
- Ability to quickly adapt activities and priorities to the business and HR leaders, particularly in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity.
