  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Mentor and train a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Executives, ensuring they meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships within the IT space, leveraging these connections to close high-value deals.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of managing high-performing sales teams in B2B technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, with a strong focus on public sector customers in ANZ.
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales processes, including multiple stakeholders and negotiations based on business value and procurement.
  • Able to set and manage performance metrics, driving team success.
