About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for developing solutions to address business objectives using social data, demonstrating the insights and solutions we can provide via our platform, and exploring ways to help clients win new business.

This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

You will also create content to showcase our work to clients, ensure new business is won, and encourage renewable/repeatable revenue through effective solutions and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Development and Commercial teams by creating and delivering engaging platform demonstrations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Develop solutions to address client business objectives using social data.
  • Demonstrate the insights, data-sets, and solutions we can provide via our platform.
  • Explore different ways to help clients, create content to showcase our work, and ensure new business is won.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with high degree of analytical skill within the interpretation of evidence/data to form an insights narrative.
  • Proven track record of working in pre-sales, customer success or similar solutions role within a digital technology environment.
  • Confident user of technology and software tools, including PowerPoint and Salesforce.
  • Able to think creatively, problem solve, and effectively communicate and present ideas in an articulate manner.
  • A team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Prioritised requirements: Experience working with social data is advantageous. Previous experience in a commercial environment is desirable.
