Your Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance Platform Performance: Monitor and optimize platform performance to provide an exceptional end-user experience and streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and document platform enhancements that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee Development: Lead development and testing processes to ensure successful implementation and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support User Adoption: Participate in user acceptance testing and create test scripts to facilitate end-user training and adoption.

About You

We are seeking a skilled BI expert with hands-on expertise in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) - including SAP BW on HANA, SAP ABAP, and SAP BusinessObjects. The ideal candidate thrives in environments where enterprise reporting and customer support intersect, confident working with tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and Analysis for Office. Knowledge of next-gen technologies like SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere is essential, as well as a full understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ability to work comfortably in agile and waterfall environments is also required.
